SEO Bandwagon is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Virtual Assistant for our CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our CEO in various administrative related to business development and search engine optimization (SEO).

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own location.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with managing the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
    • Handle email communication and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  2. Keyword Research and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with the CEO to identify relevant keywords for client projects.
    • Utilize SEO tools and techniques to conduct keyword research and analysis.
    • Generate comprehensive keyword reports to support SEO strategies.
  3. Content Optimization:
    • Optimize website content by incorporating targeted keywords and metadata.
    • Perform on-page SEO tasks such as meta tags, headings, and image optimization.
    • Assist in developing content plans and editorial calendars.
    • Conduct regular content audits to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
  4. Link Building Support:
    • Help identify potential link-building opportunities and outreach prospects.
    • Conduct outreach campaigns and engage with website owners and bloggers.
    • Monitor and report on link-building efforts and their impact on search rankings.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Compile and analyze data from various SEO tools, such as Google Analytics.
    • Prepare regular reports on website traffic, keyword rankings, and other performance metrics.
    • Assist in interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience:
    • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • Familiarity with SEO concepts and techniques is highly desirable.
    • Experience with keyword research tools, content management systems, and SEO analytics platforms is a plus.
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
    • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs is beneficial.
  3. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free work.
  4. Time Management and Organization:
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines.
  5. Self-Motivation:
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
    • Proactive mindset to anticipate and address potential issues.
