Data Reuse License
Last updated: September 10, 2026
What this covers
The figures we publish on our data pages: the local SEO ledgers under /local-seo, the research reports under /research, the Periodic Table of SEO, and the real estate SEO pages. Every dataset on those pages declares this license in its structured data and names this page as the terms.
What you may do
Quote, chart, and reuse any published figure, including in commercial work, on two conditions: credit SEO Bandwagon, and link the page the figure came from. A citation that meets both looks like: “Source: SEO Bandwagon, The Search Ledger — Denver Edition, collected September 6, 2026,” with the link on the page name.
What you may not do
Do not present our figures as your own measurements. Do not strip the collection date; the ledgers reprint weekly and an undated figure misleads. Do not attempt to re-identify individual businesses from aggregates we publish without names. Do not redistribute the underlying records: we publish derived figures, not source data.
Third-party terms that still apply
The underlying search, listing, and keyword records come from third parties (DataForSEO, Google, the US Census Bureau, Wikipedia) whose own terms continue to apply. Search results data may not be used to compete with the search engine it came from, and material derived from Wikipedia remains under Wikipedia's CC BY-SA license.
