Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SEO Bandwagon's website and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of Services
Our SEO tools are provided for legitimate business use. You agree not to abuse our API endpoints, scrape data excessively, or use our tools for any unlawful purpose.
Outreach You Send
Link-building pitches drafted by SEO Bandwagon are sent by you, from your own mailbox. You are the sender of record and are responsible for complying with the anti-spam laws that apply to you and your recipients, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. To help, every pitch you approve ends with the postal address you set on your dashboard and a plain opt-out line; do not remove them, and honour opt-out replies promptly. SEO Bandwagon holds no mail credentials and never sends email on your behalf.
Accounts
You may create an account via Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data Accuracy
SEO data provided by our tools (search volumes, rankings, backlink counts, etc.) is sourced from third-party providers and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.
Data Reuse
Figures published on our data pages may be quoted and reused, including in commercial work, with credit to SEO Bandwagon and a link to the page the figure came from. The full terms, including what you may not do and the third-party terms that still apply, are the Data Reuse License, which is the license our published datasets declare.
Limitation of Liability
SEO Bandwagon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
